President and Executive Director

Ilaria not only serves on the board as President of the Nick Loeb Foundation she also works as its Executive Director where she is in charge of building out a network of supporters, creating programs, raising funds, and managing the nonprofit.

Before running a nonprofit, she spent the last 5 years developing an entrepreneurial skill set, being a mom. This new role as a parent included management, overseeing human resources, finance, healthcare, technology, and ongoing education. This was all to manage her 5-year-old daughter, 2-year-old son, and her grown-up man.

Before becoming a parent, Ilaria was one of the co-founders and owners of a successful skincare company, Zaffiro Orgánica, where she was in charge of sourcing, logistics, and sales. She built an international business with Amazon, expanding to over half a dozen countries. She gained expertise in cosmetics during her seven-year career in management and sales at L’Oreal Paris in Spain.

Ilaria grew up in Naples, Italy, and attended Isabella D’Este School where she received her degree in Fashion Merchandising. She is fluent in Italian, Spanish, Napolitano, Catalan, and English. She now lives in the United States, where she raises her 2 children who both attend school in Greenwich, CT.
